    • According to Joseph's death cert., Annie was 57 at the time of his death (she was the informant) Annie Wuertz cidc zt aage 65, in St. Louis, MO. Cause of death was Bulbar Paralysis, caused by a Gastric Hemorrhage. . MO Death Cert. #45637 -- copy on file.. Residence was 518 Baden Ave., St. Louis. Informant was Ralph Lloyd Wuertz, of the same address. There was an autopsy. THE WUERTZES ALSO HAD A DAUGHTER, WHO DIED YOUNG. Mrs. Ann Wuerttz, 65, ddies' sister of local woman Mrs. Ann Wuertz, 65, of 518 Baden Ave, St. Loouis, and formerly of Belleville and Rentchler Station, died at 8:05 am today at Park Lane Hospital, St. Louis,\. Death was due to a cerebral hemorrhage, which she suffered at her home Sunday. Mrs. Wuertz was bprm at Remtcjler Station, Sept. 25, 1888, a daughter of Thomas and Katherine Gower Lloyd, and married Joseph T. Wuertz on Belleville. He died Sepet. 2, 1945. She is survived by a son, Ralph L. Wuertz, with whom she lived, and a grandchil Also surviving are a brother and three sister, Col Hirman D. Lloyd, of Sst. Louis, commanding officer of the St. Louis finance offie, u. S. Army; Mrs.Arthur Julius of526 Benton St. (Belleville?)and Mrs. MW Alexander and Mrs.William Vivian, both of St. Louis.
