      Hezekiah, son of Abraham, m. (1) Susan Minot, dau. of Capt. James Minot. She was a very lovely woman with whom he became acquainted when working in Boston at his trade—house carpenter and joiner. She died without issue not long after her marriage. He m. (2) Lydia Atwater, dau. of James, by his second wife Elizabeth (Ailing), a descendant of David Atwater, one of the original planters of New Haven.
